1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "the Customer") and Elva Research Ltd, an International Business Company registered in the Republic of Seychelles (Company Number: 248808) ("Elva Research", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or purchase our products. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To purchase from Elva Research you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age;
• Be a UK resident with a valid UK delivery address;
• Have completed our online health assessment questionnaire;
• Have received approval from one of our registered prescribers;
• Not be purchasing products for resale or redistribution.

By completing a purchase, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we have reason to believe eligibility requirements are not met.

3. Our Services

Elva Research provides clinician-led weight management programmes via shop.elvalabs.co. Our service operates as follows:

• Customers complete a health assessment questionnaire which is reviewed by a registered prescriber;
• Approved prescriptions are fulfilled by our partner pharmacies and compounding facilities;
• Elva Research does not hold stock directly — all medications are dispensed and shipped by licensed pharmacy partners;
• Customers acknowledge that individual results may vary and that treatment should be combined with appropriate lifestyle changes including diet and exercise.

Our programmes are designed to support weight management under clinical supervision. Elva Research is not a pharmacy and does not directly dispense medications. All prescribing decisions are made independently by registered prescribers based on the information you provide.

4. Products

Elva Research offers weight management medications and programme subscriptions through our online platform. Products include prescription-only medications where applicable, which are prescribed by registered prescribers and dispensed by licensed pharmacy partners. Product descriptions and programme details are provided for informational purposes.

Images shown on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Elva Research reserves the right to modify product offerings, programme structures, pricing, or availability without prior notice.

Prescription-only medications are subject to prescriber approval following completion of our health assessment. Not all customers will be approved for all treatments. Elva Research does not guarantee any specific outcomes from the use of our products or programmes.

5. Ordering & Payment

By placing an order on the Elva Research website, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion, including due to product availability, suspected misuse, or payment issues.

Order confirmation is sent by email upon receipt. A binding contract is formed only upon dispatch of the goods, at which point a dispatch confirmation will be sent. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time; any such change will not affect orders already placed.

We accept payments via bank transfer and card. Payment is processed securely via our third-party payment providers. Payment is taken at the time of order. In the event of a declined payment, the order will be cancelled automatically. We do not store payment details on our servers.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Elva Research ships to addresses within the United Kingdom and selected international destinations. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout and are indicative only — we are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Medications are dispensed and shipped directly by our partner pharmacies. Delivery timeframes depend on the dispensing pharmacy and courier service. Elva Research is not responsible for delays caused by the dispensing pharmacy, courier, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products passes to the customer upon dispatch. If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at help@elvalabs.co and we will investigate with the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, which are lyophilised compounds with specific storage and handling requirements, we are generally unable to accept returns once goods have been dispatched.

Exceptions apply in the following circumstances:

• Damaged or defective goods: If products arrive visibly damaged or do not conform to their specification, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
• Incorrect items: If we dispatch the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange return and replacement or refund at no cost to you.
• Non-delivery: Where an order is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will issue a replacement or refund.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Elva Research does not offer refunds for orders placed in error, change of mind, or where the customer has failed to comply with proper storage and handling instructions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Elva Research website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product imagery, certificates of analysis, and brand assets — is the exclusive property of Elva Research Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property legislation.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, transmit, or create derivative works from any content on this site without prior written consent from Elva Research. Any unauthorised use may constitute an infringement of our intellectual property rights and will be pursued accordingly.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Elva Research makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness for purpose, accuracy, or completeness of product information;
• Elva Research shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products, website, or services;
• Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim;
• Elva Research accepts no liability whatsoever for harm, loss, or injury resulting from the misuse of products, including failure to follow prescribed treatment plans.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales in respect of any such disputes.

If you are a consumer purchasing from outside England and Wales, you may also have rights under the mandatory laws of your country of residence. These Terms do not affect any such statutory rights.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Elva Research processes personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. By placing an order, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required to process and fulfil your order.

12. Changes to These Terms

Elva Research reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Significant changes will be communicated via email where reasonably practicable. Your continued use of the website or placement of orders following such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
